I know you so well I'd recognize your bones. Twelve songs about knowing people deeply. Not their stories - their residue. The objects, vehicles, beaches, and specific rages that prove you paid attention. That prove you were there. This isn't biography. It's the fragments that stay: a faded pickup truck called The Ratsun, beige chickens in someone's yard, the way charm and self-pity and rage rotated through a single face. The Mercury outboard motor on a summer that shaped you. The day care program where your mother left you - not abandonment, just the ordinary truth that loving someone doesn't mean wanting them there every moment. These are portraits made of textures. Talismans. The mythology of the people you carry.
Axiom for the Digital Age (symphony)
A Contemporary Electro-Acoustic Symphony in Five Movements. This symphony exists at the intersection of human consciousness and digital existence. Not commentary on technology, but a sonic architecture built from the tension between organic expression and algorithmic precision. Five movements exploring perception through layered orchestral textures. Pure instrumental. No lyrics. The music speaks in gradients of tension and release, density and space. This is post-minimalist orchestral music with spectral influences. Think Arvo Pärt's sacred stillness meeting Jonny Greenwood's textural intensity meeting Steve Reich's phasing patterns. Slow-building, contemplative, occasionally overwhelming.
Convergence. Movement V of Axiom for the Digital Age. The finale. Eight minutes. D major. 72 BPM. This movement exists to answer a question the symphony has been asking for forty minutes: what happens when digital fragmentation resolves into human wholeness? The answer is a single chord—D major—arriving after a journey through D minor's entire modal family.
A Bitwig Studio controller ecosystem with web interface and CLI tools. This song was composed entirely through conversation with an AI agent (Claude) using the Jeannie framework. No DAW was opened until the final step of loading the generated content.
AI-assisted music production for Bitwig Studio. This project enables Claude Code and other AI assistants to control Bitwig Studio through a combination of a Rust audio plugin and a Java controller extension. The plugin provides sample-accurate timing on each track, while the controller extension serves as a central hub with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI communication.
