Overview

The “Analyze on Lichess” Chrome extension is designed to help users copy PGN data from a Chess.com game and import it into Lichess.org for analysis. This extension is built with user privacy and transparency in mind.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The extension:

  • Does not access, collect, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Does not use any tracking, analytics, or cookies
  • Does not communicate with any servers beyond the standard Lichess.org import page

🔐 Permissions

The extension uses limited permissions strictly to function:

  • Access to https://www.chess.com/* and https://www.c4355.com – To detect and extract PGN data from the current game page
  • Access to https://lichess.org/* – To open the import page and paste the PGN

These permissions are only used locally and are never used to monitor or store user activity.
