In any given City, for every square mile, there has to be a space or an area where 5 to 10 homeless people can have secure lock shelters. Nearby there is a shower and a toilet for their use. They have to register in order to get such a space.

Richer areas are not permitted to buy their way out of this obligation. Every square mile must have such a space. Or perhaps another way of measuring it might be to say that no location in a city must be more than half a mile away from such a refuge.

In built-up areas, The Refuge areas might be incorporated into multi-story car parks or other semi-public Urban spaces.

Night before Thoughts

Creating a new gist on my phone. I've just added a gist icon to the phone home page. Speaking and writing and capturing and gathering my thoughts. All in a public manner that can be shared and revisions viewed. Cool!

Now I am editing this note for a second time. I'm just wondering how easy it is to create a note, save it and then come back to it later. It seems quite easy. One issue is that you have to do this in the desktop version. And so on a phone in portrait mode the text is totally tiny and unreadable. Again, this is perhaps another reason for creating an Ace-based editor until such time as GitHub come up with a mobile version of their gist editor.

So this is no easier than editing an Evernote note. But the difference is this is a gist and can be read by anybody. It's the equivalent of a blog post - For Better or Worse. Whereas Evernote data is locked down into the hard disk and private.
