I have been using VOIP.ms for over 3 years now to replace my home phone service from the major telecoms (Telus/Rogers/Bell here in Canada). It has been very stable and a great price compared to other alternatives. I use it with a Grandstream HT801 and it's hard to beat the combo of these two.

The sign up link didn't work and I joined voip.ms without applying the referral. Now, support team asked me for email address or the account number to apply the referral manually. Can you give me the information to apply the referral?

Do you have a balance in your account? The support agent says "both the referrer and the referred account need to have a balance in their accounts."
