See the most based cool is just simply that you are ok for other cool people to be around and you are as unlikely as them to, go hot, or get big mad flip out, and have to be delt with, as that is a higher temperature, and it will create a higher temperature and it be called on to be 'lowered' such that those boiling with rage "simmer down". So I actually do know what is cool, but its not a particular, its a thermodynamic characterization of a thermodynamic system configuration, yadda yadda. Now there is other senses to this, such as what you authenticly said because you authored it yourself, or auto-authored, and what this cyberpunk is sometimes getting at, sometimes getting to, which is the specific places things and activities, that are cool. There is things, that are not exactly cool, but are said to be cool, with comments, such as "holy sht that was cool af" and many others. Now the reason I went thru the trouble of this exercise, is to say, there is a need for this most base cool, before you can get to authentic cool, and this is a problem mostly anywhere you go on earth right now, in which everyone who is not cool and will not become cool unless work done on them well beyond reasonable effort of a single person who is authentic and cool.
