(C-x means ctrl+x, M-x means alt+x)
The default prefix is C-b. If you (or your muscle memory) prefer C-a, you need to add this to ~/.tmux.conf:
| nbs = $(wildcard *.ipynb) | |
| pdfs = $(nbs:%.ipynb=%.pdf) | |
| all: $(pdfs) | |
| %.pdf: %.ipynb | |
| jupyter-nbconvert --to pdf $<; |
| #!/usr/bin/env zsh | |
| # This script prints a bell character when a command finishes | |
| # if it has been running for longer than $zbell_duration seconds. | |
| # If there are programs that you know run long that you don't | |
| # want to bell after, then add them to $zbell_ignore. | |
| # | |
| # This script uses only zsh builtins so its fast, there's no needless | |
| # forking, and its only dependency is zsh and its standard modules | |

| # First of all you need to have a clean clone of the source repository so we didn't screw the things up. | |
| git clone git://server.com/my-repo1.git | |
| # After that you need to do some preparations on the source repository, nuking all the entries except the folder you need to move. Use the following command | |
| git filter-branch --subdirectory-filter your_dir -- -- all | |
| # This will nuke all the other entries and their history, creating a clean git repository that contains only data and history from the directory you need. If you need to move several folders, you have to collect them in a single directory using the git mv command. |
