- Use a Windows 10 installation DVD to reliably boot into a recovery console.
- Select recovery mode.
- Launch Command Prompt.
- Enter
diskpart - Run
list diskand note the desired disk number. - Run
select disk <number>choosing the desired disk. - Run
list volumenoting the volume that is about 100 MB, FAT32 formatted. This is the EFI volume. - Run
select volume <number>choosing the EFI volume. - Run
assign letter=b: exitfrom thediskpartutility.- Run
cd /d b:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot - Run
bootrec /fixboot - Run
ren BCD BCD.bakto backup the corrupt bootloader configuration, for some reason. - Run
bcdboot c:\Windows /l en-US /s b: /f ALL exitfrom Command Prompt.- Remove the Windows installation DVD.
- Reboot.
- Optionally, correct the BIOS UEFI boot order, experimenting with different Windows boot priorities until you find the right one.
- Hopefully, Windows boots normally once again!

Did anyone yet fix this problem? I have the same problem and when I googled it I came to this page and some Super User answers too. But it seems like nobody has found an answer to this problem. If you found a solution then it would be really helpful
