Describe the bug

開啟speedy後，理論上要收到Recover的訊息

To Reproduce

開啟Speedy後代參數 -F 程式會自己 call Recover，然後收 callback 即可

Expected behavior

  • 因為今天有1筆成交紀錄，這邊的Count應該要是1
  • recover應該會觸發OnExecutionReport，接著會有交易紀錄輸出，但沒看到
