Welcome to Vlogger. By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vlogger, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vlogger. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content you create, upload, or stream through the app
  • Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for your content
  • Your YouTube account and live streaming activities
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

When using Vlogger, you must NOT:

  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
  • Stream content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful

5. Platform Compliance

You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all other applicable platform policies when using Vlogger for live streaming.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VLOGGER AND ITS DEVELOPERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT UPLOADED, STREAMED, OR SHARED THROUGH THE APP. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CONTENT YOU CREATE AND ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR CONTENT
  • ANY HARM, DAMAGE, OR LEGAL ACTION RESULTING FROM YOUR STREAMS
  • ANY VIOLATIONS OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS IN YOUR CONTENT
  • ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS
  • ANY CONSEQUENCES FROM YOUTUBE OR OTHER PLATFORMS

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vlogger at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate conduct.

8. YouTube Integration

Vlogger integrates with YouTube's services. Your use of YouTube features is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for YouTube's actions, policies, or changes to their platform.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Vlogger is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The quality of your live streams
  • Compatibility with all devices or networks
  • The availability of YouTube's services

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Vlogger, including our trademarks, logos, and software, remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app without permission.
