Your sleep data is synced from Apple Health each time the app runs.
None of your sleep data is stored in the app or sent outside your phone.

Your preferences will be stored to disk on your device, but never sent outside your phone (duration goal, wake time, etc.)

The app should make no network requests whatsoever.
