Thank you for your interest in contributing to Vixen ("Project"), owned by Amos Wenger ("Owner").
By submitting a pull request or otherwise contributing to this Project, you agree to the following terms:
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to existing work, that you submit to the Project.
"You" means the individual or legal entity making the Contribution.
You grant to the Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:
- Reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your Contributions and such derivative works
- Sublicense the foregoing rights through multiple tiers of sublicensees
- License your Contributions under any license, including proprietary licenses
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your Contributions, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You represent that:
- You are legally entitled to grant the above license
- Each Contribution is your original creation or you have sufficient rights to submit it
- Your Contribution does not violate any third party's rights
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer, or your employer has waived such rights
You are not expected to provide support for your Contributions, except to the extent you desire to provide support.
You agree to notify the Owner of any facts or circumstances of which you become aware that would make these representations inaccurate.
By submitting a pull request, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to its terms.
