JASMINE RICE
--------------
1. 1 cup of jasmine rice.
2. Rinse and strain.
3. Add 1 & 1/4 cups water
1 & 1/2 cups for softer.
4. Bring to boil uncovered.
5. When boiling, cover.
6. Start timer for 13 mins.
7. Let sit off burner
for ~10 mins.
