By inviting OpenFront Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to the following terms:
- Usage: You agree to use the Bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Abuse: You may not use the Bot to spam, harass, or facilitate illegal activities.
- Availability: The Bot is provided "as is." While we aim for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
- Premium Subscriptions & Refunds:
- Payment Processing: All payments for OpenFront Bot Premium are processed securely by Discord. We do not have access to your billing details.
- Refunds:
- Because payments are made to Discord, OpenFront Bot developers cannot issue refunds manually.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Discord in accordance with their Refund Policy.
- Disputes: If you have a dispute regarding the features you unlocked, please contact our support team. - Pricing: Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated via Discord's subscription management interface.
- Premium Services: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to revoke premium status for servers that violate these terms.
- Data: You acknowledge that the Bot collects data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
