Contact Discovery Strategy

  1. Direct SPED page discovery: Navigate to Special Education department pages
  2. Early exit optimization: Stop when high-confidence director found
  3. Limited site crawl: Crawl priority pages if no contact on SPED page

Confidence Scoring

  • High: Director-level SPED role with email found on official district page
  • Medium: Director-level role without email, or Student Services director
  • Low: School-level roles (Team Chair, Coordinator) or ambiguous titles

Technical Details
