- Whether a VPN, proxy, or security tunnel is in useIf on a work network, whether traffic passes through corporate firewalls or filters
Session / Environment
- Are multiple users affected or only a specific user? (please provide 1 or more emails we can investigate if the issue is potentially tied to a user or their data)
- Does the issue occur consistently or intermittently?Does the issue also occur in:
- A different browser?
- A private/incognito window?
- While on a different network (if available)?
Additional
- Approximate date and time the issue was observed?
- Any screenshots or URLs of where/when the issue occurs?
- Has the user experienced similar issues previously?
