By creating an account, connecting wearable devices, or otherwise using NutriFlex AI, you understand and agree that
certain personal, wellness, and biometric data will be collected and processed in order to deliver the core features of

plans, and enterprise or organisational access, across our websites, applications, and related services.

• Biometric and Wellness Data You Choose to Sync: If you connect wearable devices or manually enter
data, NutriFlex AI collects wellness-related and biometric information such as heart rate, heart rate
variability, sleep duration and quality, activity levels, workouts, calorie estimates, stress indicators, weight,
nutrition logs, habits, and routine tracking, and this data is used only to generate general wellness insights,
trends, and performance analysis, not for medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.
• Automatically Collected Information: When you access or use the platform, NutriFlex AI automatically
collects technical and usage data such as device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, app
interactions, feature usage, timestamps, cookies, crash reports, and performance analytics to maintain

performance trends, habit patterns, recovery metrics, and personalised recommendations. These outputs are derived
insights created by our systems and are intended solely for general wellness, education, and lifestyle optimisation
purposes.
The insights, scores, predictions, and recommendations generated by NutriFlex AI are not medical opinions and must
not be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment, or clinical guidance. The platform does not replace healthcare professionals,
and users must apply their own judgment when acting on any insights provided.
NutriFlex AI uses aggregated and anonymized data to improve its AI models, analytics capabilities, and platform
features. This process helps us enhance accuracy, develop new functionality, and improve user experience without
identifying individual users. Personal identifiers are removed before data is used for model training or research
purposes.
Users have control over how their data is used for AI improvement. Where applicable, you may opt out of having your
anonymized data used to improve our models or develop new features through your account settings. Opting out does
not affect your ability to use the core features of the platform.

3. WEARABLES AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
NutriFlex AI allows you to connect compatible wearable devices and third-party platforms, such as fitness trackers,
health applications, and device APIs, to sync wellness and activity data into your account. These integrations are
optional and are enabled only when you choose to connect them.
When you connect a wearable or third-party service, NutriFlex AI receives data made available through that
integration based on the permissions you grant. This may include biometric readings, activity summaries, sleep data,
timestamps, and limited device-related information. NutriFlex AI does not control the data collection practices of
third-party platforms, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
NutriFlex AI uses data received from wearables and third-party integrations solely to provide general wellness
insights, performance trends, and personalised recommendations within the platform. We do not modify, override, or
interfere with how third-party devices function, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or continuity of
data provided by external services.
You may disconnect a wearable or third-party integration at any time through your account settings. Once
disconnected, NutriFlex AI will stop receiving new data from that service, although previously collected data may
remain associated with your account in accordance with our data retention and anonymization practices.

suggestions that reflect your habits, goals, and engagement with the platform.
• Improving Our Services and Technology: We use information, including aggregated and anonymized data,
to train and improve AI models, enhance analytics, develop new features, fix bugs, improve performance,
and refine user experience without identifying individual users.
• Communications and Support: We use your information to respond to support requests, provide service-
related communications, send important updates, notify you about account activity, billing or renewal

Your personal information is retained while your account remains active. Upon account deletion, you may anonymize
your personal information through a single action under your control. This anonymization applies to user-controlled
personal data and removes identifiers so the data can no longer be linked to you as an individual. Anonymized data is
not personal information and may be retained indefinitely for aggregated analytics, research, AI model improvement,
and platform development purposes. Anonymized data cannot be used to identify you and is not subject to deletion
requests.
If your subscription ends or you stop using the service, we may retain limited information for a reasonable period where
necessary to address billing matters, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or
enforce our rights. Such retention is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Where deletion of personal information is required by law or applicable data protection rights, we must delete the
information unless retention is legally required for compliance, security, or legitimate business purposes, in which case
the data is securely retained or anonymized as appropriate.

AWS Cloud. We must implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards

Our security measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, monitoring and
logging systems, secure development practices, and internal policies governing access to personal data. Access to
personal information is limited to authorised personnel and service providers who require such access to perform their
duties.
User information may be stored or processed in locations outside your state or country of residence where our service
providers operate. In such cases, NutriFlex AI must take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate data protection
safeguards are in place in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
While we take data security seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users must take reasonable steps to
protect their account credentials and devices. This responsibility does not reduce NutriFlex AI’s obligation to maintain
appropriate security measures.

“Shine the Light” and “Eraser” Laws: Residents of the State of California may request a list of all third parties to
which we have disclosed certain information during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing

c) Protected Classification Characteristics: NutriFlex AI may collect limited demographic information such

h) Sensory Information: NutriFlex AI does not intentionally collect audio, visual, or voice recordings, except
where you choose to submit such information voluntarily through support interactions or feedback channels.
i) Professional or Employment-Related Information: NutriFlex AI does not collect professional or
employment-related information unless you are accessing the platform through an organisation or enterprise
wellness program, and even then, such data is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
j) Inferences Drawn from Personal Information: NutriFlex AI generates inferences such as wellness scores,
behavioural patterns, habit insights, performance trends, and predictive analytics based on the data you
provide, which are used to personalise the platform experience and improve our services.
Your Right to Know: California residents have the right to request that we disclose the following information to you
about our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months. We may ask you to provide
certain information to identify yourself so that we may compare it with our records in order to verify your request.
Upon verification, we will disclose to you:

Please note that we do not knowingly “sell” the personal information of any individuals.
If and where we are “sharing” your personal information with third parties for the purposes of cross-context behavioral
advertising or profiling, you may opt-out of such sharing at any time by submitting a request at info@nutriflexai.com.
Your Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: California residents may have the right to request that
businesses limit the use of any sensitive personal information to those uses which are necessary to perform the Services
or for other specifically-enumerated business purposes under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA. Please note that we
do not use sensitive personal information other than as necessary to perform the Services or as specifically permitted
under the CCPA.
Your Right to Delete: California residents have the right to request deletion of their personal information, subject to
exceptions under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA. We may verify your identity before processing a request. Where
deletion is required by law, we will delete the information and instruct our service providers to do the same. Where
deletion is not required or permitted, the information may be anonymized in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Requests may be denied where retention or anonymization is permitted under applicable law.
Your Right to Correct: Under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to request that
we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the personal

Response Time and Verification: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and
respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days of receiving them. If additional time is required, we will notify
you and explain the reason for the delay, which will not exceed an additional forty-five (45) days. We may need to
verify your identity before fulfilling your request by asking for limited information to match against our records. If you
submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require proof of your authorization.
11. NOTICE FOR USERS FROM NEVADA
Under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A), certain Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their
“personally identifiable information” for monetary consideration to a person who then licenses or sells such information
to additional persons.

12. RIGHTS OF USERS FROM CANADA

in Canada to the extent that the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies to
NutriFlex AI in connection with its commercial activities involving personal information.

information, as described in this section. Where PIPEDA does not apply, NutriFlex AI does not voluntarily extend

your consent at any time by adjusting your account settings or contacting us; however, withdrawing consent may limit
or prevent your ability to access certain features or services.
