Cecil ANSI Utilities Announcement

Just Released the first Cecil Library; ANSI Utilities!!! The library allows for the developer to utilize ANSI Color Codes in a much much easier scope, providing 3 Objects [Color, Color256, and ColorRGB] for messing with the Console Modes e.g. Foreground, Background, and Text Processing, plus offers a Reset function to undo the primary change of the Object.

This also comes with some older functionality from ANSI Mod, a mod by Chaosyr's Vessel Member; Creator, e.g. the ANSI Code Lists, and GetColorFromType, with the ANSI Code Lists we also added in a Foreground and Background reset.

Plus we offer 4 displayers so the developer can see all possibilities they have access to.

One last thing, there is full documentation everywhere the package is listed, its around 5k words or so total including licenses.
