Greatly thanks to the @KupBE method of modifying netlimiter license using DnSpy.
Since DnSpy was discontinued in 2020 (https://github.com/dnSpy/dnSpy)
Here is the latest version of the DnSpy, they called it as DnSpyEx and it was forked from the original repositories of DnSpy and it has 9.5k stars (https://github.com/dnSpyEx/dnSpy)

(If you don't trust it, scan it with virustotal and you will get it)

DLL for 5.3.26.0
I'm a bit wary of keygens and followed the guides above. If you're too lazy to do everything manually, just replace the DLL in the program's root folder with this one and use it :)
