This shows how to download any vimeo videos that are embedded in an webpage. You can download all the available qualities.

Requirements

1. Text editor with regular expression support (optional but will save time) - Recommended: Visual Studio Code
2. Browser with devtools - Recommended: Chrome
3. Ability to expand(clicking 🔻) and copy an html element by the requirement-2.

Steps with requirements fulfiled

1. Go to the web page where the vimeo video is embedded.
2. Right click on the video player and then click on inspect element.
3. Expend the iframe html tag.
4. Expand #document.
5. Copy the html html tag inside the #document element and paste the text in the text editor.
6. Press Ctrl+F and paste (?<=")https://vod-progressive.*?\.mp4(?=")|(?<=mp4.*)"quality":"\d+p" in the Find field.
7. Don't forget to enable Regular Expression Search after the step-5.
8. The highlited text contains all the video quaities availabe to download.
9. You can see the quality of a video link after the highlited link like "quality":"720p".
10. You should also enable Word Wrap in your text editor for convenience.
11. Copy any url and paste it. You can watch the video or download it.
12. To download the video you have to right click on the video.
13. Click Save video as... or Ctrl+S.
14. Then Change the name (if needed).
15. Choose the location.
16. Click Save.

I've had a quick look. It looks like vimeo changed the structure of their JSON response in the video iframe. And they also switched to adaptive video format m4s. It will be tricky to download these manually. A script/tool has to be written for that.

i tried to download use the inspect mode also but i am not able to find the Player.vimeo in the inspect , i use the find option, i couldnot able to find. So, that too fail. Is there any other way to download those vedios.
