Seriously, Who is the actual "genius" thinking putting mirror behind "CloudFlare" (where ICN bandwidth is always suffocated) and turning on the "I'm under-attack" is a good idea?

"mirror" behind global acceleration Anycast POPs. I think someone needs TCP/IP 101.
